A real estate company is looking for a Sales Manager based in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets while developing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in property sales, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams. Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing plans and closing tactics based on market insights.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results and implement improvement plans to boost conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, agents and business partners to drive repeat and referral sales.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure excellent customer experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or real estate sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Strong leadership, coaching and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
