A leading hotel management company in Malaysia is seeking a Manager of People & Culture to lead business planning and team member engagement strategies. You will oversee the People & Culture function, ensuring operational success through talent management and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, have at least 5 years’ experience in international firms, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential for this role.
As Manager of People & Culture, you will report to the Director of People & Culture and you will be one of the key leaders on the property. From business planning to team member engagement strategy to learning and development, compensation and benefits to communication, the management team will look to you to take the lead. You will be involved in not only managing the People & Culture function but ensuring the success of the operation through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.
