Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic F&B and Hotel Marketing Manager to oversee the brand positioning, large-scale campaign planning, and promotional strategy for our extensive resort portfolio, encompassing 10,000+ rooms and over 50 owned Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with proven experience managing marketing for a large-scale resort or multi-unit hospitality operation. This role emphasizes branding, planning, analytics, and coordination with various stakeholders, plus support for HR's recruitment communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy and Large-Scale Campaign Management
    • Brand Strategy and Management: Lead the development and maintenance of distinct, cohesive brand identities for the individual hotel properties, and all 50+ owned F&B outlets.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all guest touchpoints.
    • Master Campaign Planning: Develop and manage annual, quarterly and monthly strategic marketing plans designed to drive occupancy and F&B covers on a massive scale.
    • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and the dedicated Business Units and Operation departments to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of resort-wide campaigns.
    • Promotional Strategy: Conceptualize and drive major resort-wide promotions, package deals, and tactical campaigns aimed at attracting large volumes of room stayers and F&B diners.
  2. Digital and Content Oversight (Strategic Knowledge Required)
    • Serve as the strategic expert for all F&B and Hotel marketing initiatives, providing clear direction to the specialized Digital and Content teams.
    • Must be well-versed in the principles of effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO), engaging content strategies, and social media channel optimization to effectively guide execution without being responsible for hands-on creation.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor digital activity to inform our strategic approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Added responsibility: Recruitment and Internal Communications Support
    • Recruitment Communications: Partner with the HR department to create professional and appealing recruitment strategy communications, job posting advertisements, and career landing page copy.
    • Internal Communications: Apply strong communication skills to develop high-quality internal newsletters and announcements that foster employee engagement and support company culture across the large resort workforce.
  4. Performance and Financial Accountability
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of large-scale campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to resort-scale operations (e.g., RevPAR, total covers, group sales).
    • Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring maximum strategic impact and return on investment (ROI) across all properties.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive marketing experience in the hospitality sector, with a mandatory focus on large-scale resort operations, multi-unit F&B (50+ owned outlets), and hotel portfolios (10,000+ rooms).
  • Proven experience in branding and managing distinct brand identities within a large organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in the creation of professional communications materials for HR or corporate purposes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to think strategically and translate complex business goals into simple, effective, and measurable marketing strategies.
  • Expert Knowledge, Not Execution: Must have a strong working knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Content Strategy to effectively direct specialized teams.
  • (Hands-on execution is not the primary function.)
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional skills in presenting, report writing, and coordinating with multiple departments.
  • High-Volume Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze performance data from high-volume operations and make data-driven decisions.
