Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
  • Accomplish team performance by communicating job expectations, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating results, as well as coaching, mentoring, and disciplining employees when necessary
  • Ensure high- quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and driving continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all existing NOC processes are successfully implemented, adhered to, and consistently practiced within the team
  • Maintain staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training new employees
  • Support staff development by establishing career paths, providing growth opportunities, and facilitating training and job rotations
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-priority issues requiring further attention

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field
