Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement - Cyberjaya

In this position you will lead and manage indirect sourcing and procurement strategies for Malaysia, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance. Drive process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver best-in‑class procurement standards.

What your role will be?

You will be:

  • Lead Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with global policies.
  • Optimize Processes: Standardize and improve end-to-end Source-to-Pay workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive Cost Savings: Identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and deliver measurable savings.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate, execute, and maintain supplier agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor, evaluate, and enhance supplier relationships and performance metrics.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, mitigate risks, and maintain audit readiness.
  • Lead the Team: Inspire and develop a high-performing procurement team across locations.

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred).
  • Experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of local market and global sourcing practice.
  • Knowledge of sourcing principles, methodologies, and best practices to develop business process.
  • This role requires travelling.
