Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the global TMC and Marine business portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
  • Deliver revenue targets across global TMC and Marine portfolios while maximizing the commercial potential of new and existing products.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Global Sales team and HQ functions to enable timely, effective decision-making on TMC and Marine initiatives.
  • Support the design and implementation of strategies, structures, standards, and tools that drive sustainable growth across the global TMC and Marine business.
  • Balance long-term account objectives with short-term revenue initiatives by identifying opportunities to address performance gaps and commercial priorities.
  • Partner closely with the corporate sales team to strengthen overall corporate performance through effective TMC and Marine collaboration.
  • Lead the definition, planning, and execution of revenue budgets for global TMC and Marine portfolios at both network and station levels, in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor global corporate agreements in collaboration with account managers through TMC channels.
  • Track and analyse Marine industry trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Initiate and execute marketing activities via TMCs that deliver measurable ROI and strengthen brand presence throughout the year.
  • Oversee end-to-end portfolio management, including monthly performance reporting, weekly and monthly market share analysis, payment administration (quarterly, half-yearly, or annual), and effective contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with global TMC supplier leaders, Marine travel intermediaries, and corporate clients to ensure alignment, trust, and long-term partnership success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products, fares, and services to meet TMC and Marine industry requirements.
  • Undertake additional departmental responsibilities as required by the Head of Department.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant college or university qualification to a minimum bachelor's level.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience in selling airline products with a focus on corporate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and TMC operations.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and work within a multinational and multicultural environment with excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools with excellent skills in MS Word / PowerPoint / Excel.
