Role Purpose
Assist Finance Director in leading the entire finance business partnering of Loyalty & Travel Solutions (Loyalty & Travel Services) PC (LTS) as well as Digital & IT (DIT) Division, drive initiatives to develop comprehensive financial and business analysis. Collaborate with Divisional Heads and Group Finance to drive business performance and process improvement.
Key Accountability
- Lead LTS & DIT Divisional annual budgeting process, monthly/quarterly forecasting process, and weekly/monthly/quarterly financial and KPI reporting to the business
- Collaborate with Business Users and other stakeholders to deliver strategic finance initiatives aimed at performance and profitability improvement/cost reduction
- Lead the performance analysis of the LTS & DIT Management Report, highlighting key variances to Divisional Head and manage divisions finances via identifying process improvements and divisional financial performance
- Review and propose action plan for contract vetting in relation to financial and commercial evaluation within LTS & DIT Divisions
- Oversee development and input gathering of divisional finance policies, standards and internal controls & provide overall leadership and guidance within the team and create, lead and motivate a high performance team
- Proactively monitor and control operating expenses through periodic communication with various departments/stakeholders to meet annual budget target. With additional focus Airlines Revenue Performance and other operating expenses.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA etc) with 7-8 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or in the related field

- Technical – Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills; hold extensive and in-depth professional knowledge and understanding of divisions business and financial operation

- Industry knowledge – Expert level of Knowledge for airline business
