Job description
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvements and implement strategies to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, to provide training, guidance, and task assignments to the team.
  • Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Control costs by optimizing resources and reducing waste.
  • Coordinate with vendors for cost‑effective purchases of parts and services.
  • Maintain logs of maintenance schedules, work orders, and repairs to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance.
  • Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.
  • Ad‑hoc task assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in maintenance facilities, at least 2 years in manager/assistant manager position.
  • Experience in maintenance/ preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work for long hours and weekends/public holidays.
  • Own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley, and outstation if needed.
