To ensure smooth day-to-day operation at the Engineering Department and to provide engineering function support to our users in line of company’s cost savings policy, to manage R&M building maintenance in accordingly EIMS procedure and maintain good relationships between engineering staff and engineering management.

Daily tasks would be

• Conduct meeting with executives on outstanding work orders and operational matters
• Report to VP – Engineering on major repair and abnormal happenings
• To liaise with end users for work request
• To ensure cleanliness and safety in work place
• Delegate work to executives / supervisors
• To manage staff overtime, performance and productivity
• To attend Hotel Operations Meeting
• To attend SAP-PR release which is within the authority limit
• Maintain staff discipline
• Conduct job briefing and training
• To ensure compliance of legal requirement
• To ensure compliance of engineering IMS requirement

Job requirements

• A bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in R&M building maintenance or related field with 3 years in management level.
• Good command in of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
