About the role

As the Manager, Customer Segments and Partnership at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective customer segmentation strategies to drive business growth. This full‑time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will see you collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance the bank's customer experience and strengthen its partnerships across the industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Analysing customer data to identify and define key customer segments based on their needs, preferences and behaviours
  • Designing tailored product and service offerings to better serve each customer segment
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to effectively reach and engage target customer groups
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key industry players to explore new business opportunities
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer segmentation, partnership management or a related field in the banking/financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from customer data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Understanding of the banking industry, customer behaviour and emerging trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline
