Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in facilities management, particularly in shopping malls.
• Experience in overseeing ACMV, plumbing, lifts, escalators, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage contractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Building Services team and oversee all mechanical systems.
• Daily inspection of ACMV, pumps, plumbing, lifts, and escalators.
• Report and resolve mechanical service issues in coordination with contractors.
