Job summary

A leading promotional events company is seeking a detail-oriented Promotion Space & Fair Setup Coordinator to manage promotional events in Kuala Lumpur. This role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills to engage with mall management and ensure compliance with operational requirements. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Business Administration, and good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, with a proactive approach to managing events and setups.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Good understanding of mall promotion space rules & regulations.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Knowledge of licensing processes and event safety requirements.
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute promotion space acquisition and event setup.
• Liaise and negotiate with mall management for approvals.
• Coordinate with teams and contractors for setup according to plan.
• Supervise teardown and ensure venues are restored post-event.
• Compile necessary documentation for fair license applications.
