Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal operation and minimal downtime. You will support daily production needs by troubleshooting equipment and maintaining machinery, requiring strong problem-solving skills and mechanical drawing comprehension. Ideal applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with additional knowledge in PLC and motor control considered a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in equipment or machinery maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in shift rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
  • Knowledge in PLC, motor control, and pneumatic systems is an advantage.

Position Summary

Responsible as a line Technician and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

Supports daily production by troubleshooting equipment and maintaining machinery according to standard procedures.

Experience in equipment and process such as Laser Marking , Die Attach, Wire bond ,Dispenser and Auto Visual inspection

What You Will Do
  • Auto Visual Inspection (e.g. TT Vision)
  • Basic Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Support equipment setup for different products.
  • Maintain detailed service and maintenance logs.
  • Perform basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and request replenishment as needed.
  • Comply with ESD, cleanroom, and safety protocols.
