Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a Maintenance Technician to carry out servicing and maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and be familiar with MS Office. The role requires working in a rotating shift and involves troubleshooting equipment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience of handling testing equipment would be an added advantage.
• Experience in Scrubber equipment and Dust collector equipment would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Major in Electrical / Mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of plant machinery/mechanical equipment.
• Perform all scheduled maintenance activities for all machineries in plant diligently.
• Conduct troubleshooting/repairing activity during major PM and capacity expansion.
• Work closely with manufacturing team members to achieve maintenance goals.
• Ensure safe and environmentally working conditions.

Job description

Carry out servicing and maintenance of plant machinery/ mechanical equipment.

To perform all scheduled maintenance activities for all machineries in plant diligently and in timely manner.

To conduct troubleshooting/repairing activity during major PM and Capacity expansion.

Work closely with manufacturing team members to achieve individual and Maintenance team goals.

Specific mechanical and electrical skills required in order to perform equipment maintenance.

A systematic and analytical inspection required during day to day PM to prevent frequent machine downtime.

Ensure safe and environmentally working conditions and procedures

Implementation of all safety relevant topics regarding designated area into work instructions

Must able to work in rotating shift.

Technical training will be provided.

Required Skills & Ability:
