• Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role in manufacturing, F&B, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Technical certifications such as Technologist or Registered Energy Manager are a plus.
