Maintenance Manager - Electrical (Hyperscale Data Center / 5 days)

Supervise vendors/contractors and in-house staff for the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment.

Develop and manage the annual maintenance schedule, delegating tasks and conducting site inspections to identify maintenance needs.

Ensure safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance activities.

Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to implement cost‑effective, proactive maintenance strategies that maximize facility availability.

Establish and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and checklists for scalability.

Perform hands‑on operations, inspections, and troubleshooting of critical systems in high‑stakes environments before engaging external specialists.

Protect and improve asset value while ensuring critical engineering systems function reliably.

Maintain high standards of operational conduct, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in Data Centers or hi‑tech factories (e.g., semiconductor).
• Proficient in English communication, including drafting detailed procedures and reports.
• Knowledge of building management laws, including safety, evacuation, and environmental protection.
• Expertise in critical systems like HVAC, emergency power, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
• Strong in technical, hands‑on and analytical skill.
• Available for 24/7 technical support and incident response.
