Job summary

A global business services provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will administer and support Microsoft 365 services and manage Azure infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience as a Level 2 administrator and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies is advantageous. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract with a focus on providing efficient IT operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Level 2 infrastructure administrator.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with desktop support in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure components.
• Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure-related issues.
