Job summary

A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a qualified individual to oversee M&E works at construction sites. This role involves ensuring compliance with specifications, managing daily M&E tasks, and collaborating with various disciplines. Candidates should preferably have a Diploma/Degree in Building Construction or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of safety regulations and effective problem-solving skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic environment within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Preferably possess a Diploma/Degree in Building Construction or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related experience.
• Able to produce M&E coordination drawings.
• Must have a construction background; experience with main contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that completed works/products conform to specifications.
• Assist the M&E Head/Senior in managing daily M&E works.
• Inspect M&E works carried out by sub-contractors.
