Qualifications

• Experience in M&E site works (high-rise/commercial) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of M&E building services systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, ELV).
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for M&E construction are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works on-site.
• Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors.
• Review technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with design requirements and safety standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare reports and track materials.
