Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Data Management Executive to manage the customer loyalty and rewards program. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, preparing performance reports, and supporting CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
