Job description
Responsibilities
  • Execute and support tasks within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that day-to-day activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and standard procedures.
  • Monitor compliance and operational consistency across stores and departments.
  • Collect, document, and report data related to performance, losses, and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
  • Identify workflow gaps, propose improvements, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Support in organizing activities such as training sessions, audits, and special projects related to loss prevention.
Loss Prevention Coordination Unit (LPCU)
  • Coordinate stock callbacks, defect returns, and product-related concerns (e.g., religious compliance).
  • Coordinate and validate stock balance checks for various projects, including Warehouse Accuracy Verification, Best Seller SKU Balance Checks, Non-Moving SKU Balances, High-Value SKU Balances & Product Rank A/C Cycle Counts
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the annual stock count process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct investigations and audits on cases involving net loss failures or discrepancies, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Update and track monthly declared damage and missing inventory reports, ensuring review by store PICs and follow-up on preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to annual stock count, loss prevention, and handling of expired, damaged, or missing inventory.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in retail operations, inventory control, or loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Good understanding of retail operations and stock management processes.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
