Job summary

A global medical device company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage all logistics processes from receiving materials to dispatching products, ensuring quality and safety standards. Candidates must have a Diploma in Logistics and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong computer skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or similar is required for this position.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication in English is a MUST for this role.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipment and courier deliveries.
• Ensure product identification and storage in accordance with QMS.
• Pick, pack and issue materials for manufacturing and repairs.
• Perform shipping transactions in Oracle and book shipments.
• Adhere to 5S and ESD requirements.
