Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, inventory, logistics, warehousing and management operations across domestic and export markets.
• Ensure full compliance with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) certification & documents submission requirements.
• Oversee and streamline import and export procedures, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with government agencies, including MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry), to ensure adherence to trade regulations and licensing requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Possess LMW certification, Health & Safety certification.
• Proven understanding of import/export procedures and MITI regulations in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One Solution software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Independent execution ability and strong communication skills.
