As a Logistics Manager at PMW Industries Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's supply chain and transportation operations. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ipoh, Perak, will involve overseeing the efficient and cost‑effective movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to coordinate logistics activities.

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Leading and mentoring a team of logistics professionals.

What we’re looking for

A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or transport and logistics industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
