Logistics Executive (Filled)

What You'll Do

• Operate SAP, Oracle and workflow systems for business and accounting tasks, including data entry and system support for the Sister Company.
• Manage payment advice, sales and purchase orders, billing verification and creditor and stock reconciliation.
• Liaise with customers, factories and external parties on payments, deliveries, returns and customs matters.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation, including shipping documents, filing and support for collections.
• Assist the Sales team with orders, monitor sales take-up and support report preparation and other assigned duties.
