Responsibility

• Responsible for company’s live-streaming operation planning and execution.
• Monitor and manage Company’s live streaming for FB platform.
• Manage reviews/comments.
• Compile daily and monthly sales report to management.
• Manage FB live platform, including uploading products, optimizing listings, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices for FB live.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns and optimize advertisement in live streaming platforms.
• Analyse live stream performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
• Manage studio and equipment.
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
• Assist the team in developing and implementing live event strategies to boost overall live performance and brand visibility.
• To perform other duties as assigned.
