Key Responsibilities
Live Stream Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and manage live stream schedules for all hosts across TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
- Coordinate host roster, ensure sufficient coverage for daily live sessions.
- Prepare detailed run-downs and live operation flow for each session.
Host Management
- Oversee and manage full-time and part-time hosts’ performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidelines to help hosts improve their presentation, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
- Monitor discipline, attendance, professionalism, and overall performance of hosts.
Live Platform Backend Operations
- Operate and manage platform back-end systems (TikTok Live Center, Shopee Live backend).
- Set up live room products, pin products, vouchers, Live Ads boosting, and campaigns.
- Handle real-time adjustments during live streams (price edits, product display, voucher setup etc.).
Data Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor real-time KPIs during live sessions: viewers, CTR, add-to-cart, conversion, GMV, etc.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities and propose optimization strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams for continuous improvements.
Reporting
- Prepare performance reports (daily summary, weekly deep dive, monthly GMV performance).
- Evaluate host performance using data-driven insights.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics.
Live Room Operations
- Coordinate setup of live room, lighting, mic, camera, product props, and scripts.
- Ensure smooth operation during live, troubleshoot emergencies.
- Maintain live room equipment inventory and ensure readiness for daily use.
Campaign & Product Coordination
- Work with e-commerce team on promotional calendar, product pricing, campaign mechanics, and incentives.
- Align live content with product launches, seasonal events, and platform campaigns.
- Collaborate with TikTok and Shopee AMs to secure traffic incentives or campaign slots.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Liaise with warehouse, customer service, marketing, and creative teams.
- Ensure logistics readiness, stock availability, and accurate product information before going live.
Quality Control
- Ensure live content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance rules.
- Maintain live room professionalism, host behaviour, and customer interaction quality.
