OTWOO Cosmetics is seeking a passionate and dynamic Live Host Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions for our hosts and brand ambassadors. Your expertise will empower them with the product knowledge, confidence and skills required to excel in live-stream environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training sessions (live and virtual) on OTWOO Cosmetics products, brand identity, and sales techniques.

Develop improvement and enhance training materials to reflect the latest product information and industry best practices.

Track and evaluate each individual host performance, analyse GMV data, providing feedback to achieve KPIs and drive performance improvement.

Coach and mentor both new and existing hosts focusing on presentation skills, live-streaming effectiveness, attendance and customer interaction.

Collaborate cross-function with Marketing and Livestream Centre teams to ensure content production and training programs are aligns with broader business goals.

Stay on latest beauty and cosmetic trends and market developments to ensure the training content remain relevant.

Requirements

Proven training experience and strong background in beauty or cosmetics industry, preferably in e-commerce.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

2 to 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or teaching roles.

Ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and flexible to work on shift and during weekend.
