Responsibilities

• Ensure hosts are active, on time, and ready to go live
• Check grooming, setup (lighting/sound), and daily availability
• Monitor live sessions and flag issues (low energy, poor flow, lateness)
• Track daily KPIs: GMV, viewers, bag clicks, comment rate, etc.
• Remind hosts of campaigns, promos & scripts
• Help coordinate weekly training with the Marketing team
• Manage host scheduling and back-up planning
• Support host recruitment, replacements, and basic coaching
• Submit weekly reports on host performance and attendance

Requirements

• Some experience in live commerce, admin, or team support roles
• Interest in TikTok, Shopee Live, or beauty products
• Comfortable monitoring performance data (we’ll train you!)
• Organized, firm, and dependable — able to follow through daily
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (including weekends)
