As a Live Host, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging and memorable experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answering inquiries and providing information about the company's services and facilities
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry
