Responsibilities
  1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including procurement, services, technology, and licensing agreements.
  2. Provide input on contract risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
  3. Liaise with client stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and business teams, to align on contract terms and delivery timelines.
  4. Maintain accurate records and contribute to knowledge management and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Qualified lawyer with 1-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/ commercial.
  2. Experience working in‑house or in a managed legal services environment is preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  3. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  4. Familiarity with legal technology platforms and document management systems is advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
