The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized institution with a solid understanding of Malaysian laws, regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements and compliance obligations.

To lead the compliance function for the company by developing a systematic system to monitor compliance with laws and internal policies, preparing reports, advisory roles and implementing preventive measures to mitigate any non‑compliance within the company.

Maintain organization compliance records, registers and logs to support traceability, reporting and effective management oversight.

Conduct legal research and monitor developments in laws and regulations affecting the company, including internal policies.

Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
