Responsibilities
  • To handle legal documents in matters of sub‑sales, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters;
  • Liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies;
  • Maintaining/updating file status on various platforms of operating system;
  • To assist on any ad‑hoc duties assigned as and when required.
Legal Associate
  • A minimum experience of 1-2 years in conveyancing;
  • Possesses a Bachelor of Law Degree & has a valid Practicing Certificate;
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure;
  • A proactive, collaborative, and client‑focused approach.
Conveyancing Clerk
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a conveyancing law firm;
  • Minimum requirement - SPM/STPM/Diploma;
  • Proficient in English and Malay;
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
