  • Assist on projects, initiatives, and within working groups within a clearly defined scope.
  • Assist in preparation of recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring work unit-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable regulations.
  • Analyze laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support the legal team's decisions.
  • Assist in offering guidance to internal stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law (LLB)
  • Having at least 3 years' working experience
  • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, employment law and other relevant areas.
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise advice.
  • Ability to identify and resolve legal problems efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Depending on the role and location, proficiency in multiple languages may be an advantage.
