Full‑time Learning & Development Manager based in Johor Bahru, Johor. You will design and deliver effective training programs to support the ongoing development of the company's employees.

What you'll be doing
  • Assess the training and development needs of employees across the organisation
  • Design and develop high‑quality training content and materials to address identified needs
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, both in‑person and virtually
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives
  • Implement and maintain a learning management system to track employee progress
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of employees
