Job description
Responsibilities
  • Capability Enhancement Project Support: Assist in executing, planning, and implementing capability enhancement projects by collaborating with the team to emphasis on achieve training project goals.
  • Learning Resources & Training Operations: Assist in prepare the learning resources, organize the training programs, and coordinate and track the training progress and effectiveness.
  • Operations Management & Data Tracking: Track capability initiative progress, compile reports, support committee operations, and update progress into dashboards for daily oversight.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Learning Promotion: Track project reviews and expert talks events, help monitor on key role development, manage learning platforms, and support making training videos.
  • To perform AD-HOC related tasks from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Candidates who possess Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management/ or others related field is preferred.
  • Candidates who have 2 years experiences in Learning & Development scope or clerical work is preferred, proficient in basic office software, and experience in video processing and learning poster design is preferred.
  • Able to multi-tasking, have good learning ability and adaptability in dynamic environment.
  • Strong in communication skills and collaboration skills.
