As a Learn-to-Swim Teacher with DSA, you will be the cornerstone of this philosophy, delivering exceptional swimming lessons that empower students both in and out of the pool. You will ensure our students receive the highest standard of aquatic education in a safe, fun, and progressive environment, playing a key role in their personal development.

Job Requirements

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and adhere to the company’s uniform and dress code.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Arrive 30 minutes before lessons to prepare; maintain an annual attendance record of ≥85%.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively, attending all mandatory briefings, debriefings, and training sessions.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills to engage with students, parents, supervisors, and administrators.
• Flexibility: Open to reasonable tasks assigned by management and willing to work at different locations as needed.
• Duty of Care: A genuine sense of responsibility for students’ safety and well‑being before, during, and after lessons.
