Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions to individuals and teams.
  • Create instructional materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively convey Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants in understanding and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real-world projects.
  • Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.
  • Assess participants\' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to participants as they apply Lean Six Sigma concepts in their work environments.
Requirements
  • Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
  • Degree in any discipline
