Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain production systems under the technical direction of the Principal Software Engineer. This role is hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and expected to operate independently while following established architectural and coding standards.

5+ years of professional software development

Strong preference for 6–8 years

Must demonstrate ownership of production systems

Core Technical Requirements

Solid Rust experience (production or near‑production level)

Ability to work on complex codebases and implement architectural guidance

Hands‑on experience integrating:

• OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs
• Anthropic Claude APIs

Experience building:

• Tool/function calling
• No‑code / low‑code orchestration combined with custom code

Ability to translate AI designs into reliable, production‑ready implementations

Daily use of Git:

• Feature branching
• Pull requests
• Code reviews

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Understanding build, test, and deployment stages

Ability to troubleshoot pipeline and build failures

Work closely with the Principal Engineer on design and standards

Deliver features independently with minimal supervision

Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to understand spoken Chinese (mandatory)

• Experience with distributed systems
