Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production team for overall delivery of products.
• Supervise and maintain production line.
• Monitor and improve product line processes and quality.
• Support and coordinate pilot builds of new products.
• Report quality problems with materials and processes.
• Drive relevant counterparts for timely completion of jobs.
