Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years working experience in the facilities related field in semiconductor or electronic or related industries.
• Able to demonstrate the necessary competency in leadership, management and HVAC technical know how.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational health of the HVAC and Mechanical system.
• Manage capacity and design changes according to customer requirements.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.

Skills

Design knowledge in HVAC and cleanroom

Hands on experience in predictive and preventive maintenance

Knowledge & application of Psychometric principles

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

PMP or FMP would be an advantage
