Plan and optimise engineering resources: Ensure adequate and efficient manpower deployment by conducting resource planning, optimising workload distribution, and balancing technical capability with project demands to maximise productivity and delivery efficiency.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders: Lead technical coordination, resolve design and construction challenges, and provide timely engineering solutions to maintain project momentum and minimise delivery risks.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Structures team: Provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to engineers to strengthen technical capability, improve design quality, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement: Drive improvements in engineering processes, methodologies, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality, while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships: Provide trusted technical advice during project discussions, manage client expectations, and ensure satisfaction through responsive, high-quality structural engineering solutions.
