- To conduct all testing related lab. Conduct all relevant of microbial test, chemical test and physical test, and shelf life study test.
- Issuing COA report
- To lead and monitor all the on‑going project for both the product improvement and new product development and validation of all processes or any changes occur.
- To conduct any case study (if needed).
- To do summary environmental monitoring annually for production.
- To conduct shelf life study for products (reverify based on risk)
- All documents (study report, summary and record) must well organized.
- To conduct a study on the sanitation program to determine its effectiveness.
- To conduct study on the production process step and prepare the report.
- To maintaining the stock and FIFO of laboratory apparatus, chemical and equipment and maintenance the lab condition.
- To maintain and revise the good laboratory practices procedure and lab documentation to suit the current system.
- Participate with external and internal audit related on Food Safety System.
- To conduct on microbial analysis for raw material, finish goods and etc.
- To conduct lab equipment service (if necessary)
- To review statistical process control
- To conduct sensory test & sensory panelist calibration
- Prepare correspondence and coordinate with an external laboratory regarding the product and routine sampling, including air monitoring, swab monitoring, water monitoring, allergen sampling and etc.
What we are looking for: -
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / or related course
- 2 - 3 years R&D experience in food manufacturing company
- Microbiological testing / laboratory skills
