About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Kitchen/Service crew to join our team at Budak Hotplate Kiosk by Grande Cafe' in Sunway Carnival Mall, Seberang Jaya, Penang. As a fulltime member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations. For part-time, we're looking those who're able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunway only.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized and hygienic kitchen environment
• Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, mixing and plating
• Providing friendly and efficient service to customers
• Restocking and managing kitchen supplies
• Following all health and safety protocols
• Supporting the wider cafe team as and when required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
