Identify, map, and profile key stakeholders and decision‑makers (e.g. KOLs, HCPs, laboratory heads, hospital management, procurement) within assigned pharmaceutical and diagnostic accounts to effectively execute account strategies.
Proactively identify and develop business opportunities in both new and existing accounts, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding clinical, scientific, and commercial needs, and providing compliant, value‑based solutions.
Develop and execute Key Account Management plans and territory business plans aligned with brand strategy, business unit objectives, and market access priorities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account strategies and promotion of the Gene Solutions pharmaceutical and diagnostic portfolio.
Lead sales planning, demand forecasting, and execution of sales tactics to drive sustainable growth in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics market.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Marketing, Operations, and Market Access teams to support account plans and ensure effective solution implementation.
