Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth via long‑term relationships, strategic contracts, and value‑added services.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales data for trend analysis and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial/customer data to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Liaise across functions to enhance customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS improvement).
  • Participate in training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Comply with company policies and complete ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
