Farcent Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for Modern Trade Key Account Executive to join our team! If you have a background in FMCG sales operation and key account management, we want to hear from you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow relationships with major modern trade retailers, driving business success in a dynamic industry. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade retail partners.
  • Manage and monitor customer AR, stock levels, A&P budgets, and other key performance indicators.
  • Strategize and implement growth plans to drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research, providing insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and secure profitable and sustainable agreements with retail partners.
  • Provide timely reports on account performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of FMCG experience in key account management, sales, or operations (household/related department preferred).
  • Key account or sales operation executive is welcomed.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing International & Local Key Accounts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and a team player with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply!
