We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Lead to take charge of both Key Account Management and Channel Sales functions. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy formulation and management, including (but not limited to) developing, executing and overseeing strategic initiatives, transformation, partnership, business growth, cost reduction while collaborating with senior leadership, BOD and aligning to FINTEC’s vision and objectives.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, for key enterprise clients and strategic channel partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and channel strategies including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and stakeholder mapping.
- Manage and expand high-value customer and partner portfolios across various industries.
- Mentor junior sales team members and foster a collaborative, performance-driven sales environment.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to craft tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs.
- Strategizing and supporting marketing/advertising initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders via extensive overall marketing plans and executions.
- Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and performance tracking across the reseller/channel network nationwide.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of RFI, RFQ, and RFP proposals in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and adjust go-to-market strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in IT solution sales or IT security sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both key account and channel sales environments.
- Proven ability to build C-level relationships and engage key stakeholders at both client and partner levels.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a structured sales methodology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in sales, project management, or IT (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) are an added advantage.
