Junior/Senior Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling

Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturer and they are looking for an Operations Planning & Controlling Specialist to support production planning activities. The role involves monitoring loading versus capacity, preparing build instructions, tracking wafer supply and deliveries, and assisting with WIP reconciliation and inventory audits. Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, business, or related fields. This is a 12‑month contract position.

Job Description:

  • Supports Production Planner in Loading management: Monitor loading versus capacity and support production planner on tracking: Plan vs. Actual Loading, Wafer Supply, and Capacity Utilization. Execute die selection based on weekly loading and demand plan. Generate build instructions for publishing to the Subcons.
  • Supports Production Planner in Delivery management and tracking: Assess wafer supply to support the demand/firm planned order through push and pull collaborative method covering in‑transit die and stock inventory at subcontractor’s diebank. Track and monitor wafer arrival needed to support loading and ensure on‑time GR. Maintain trackers and monitor related Supply Chain WIP, inventory and shipment.
  • Supports Production Planner in WIP reconciliation activities: Conduct regular subcontractors inventory audit and reconcile inventory (Die bank + WIP) with Finance and subcontract partners.
