Job summary

Job description

Prepare, evaluate, and submit Main Contract Interim Progress Claims and Final Accounts.

Prepare, verify, and certify Subcontractors’ Interim Claims and Final Accounts.

Measure and take-off quantities for site works based on drawings and site progress.

Monitor variations, VO claims, EOT-related cost claims, and contractual entitlements.

Coordinate with site team, consultants, and subcontractors on claim matters and valuation issues.

Maintain proper records for measurement sheets, site instructions, variation orders, and supporting documents.

Track project cost, cash flow, and claim status; highlight discrepancies and potential risks to management.

Ensure claims comply with contract conditions, specifications, and agreed rates.

Assist in budget control, cost reporting, and value engineering where applicable.

Guide and supervise site quantity surveying team on measurement and claim preparation.

Attend site meetings related to progress, valuation, and cost matters.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibility as set by superiors

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably with civil & structure and building.

Willing to learn, proactive, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to travel to outstation sites as required.
